Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sunrise POS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Grayspace.

2. Professional Use Only

This Service provides tools for both Retail and Medical businesses. For Medical Mode users, by using the Service, you represent and warrant that you possess the necessary professional qualifications and licenses required by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) of Kenya.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of the Service are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Ensuring the accuracy of all data entered, including inventory and record entries.
• Complying with all applicable laws, including tax regulations and the Data Protection Act.
• Obtaining explicit consent before recording sensitive information (such as patient data in Medical Mode).

4. Subscription and Payments

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. All fees are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable after the trial period expires.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy, Sunrise POS is a tool to assist in business management. Grayspace shall not be liable for any medical errors, dispense errors, or regulatory non-compliance resulting from the use or misuse of the Service. Professional judgment should always be applied.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
